look at a gsr.. just hold your hand in front of the wing so u cant see it..

 

The whole reason someone buys an RS is NOT to have those things......

Why would you buy one only to put them back in????

Maybe because of the lighter weight, front diff, cheaper and things like that, I do however think this kid is pretty stupid for asking this question, it looks exactly like a stock evo man, use your imagination...

just do a search for "wingless" and there is a whole thread where you will find plenty of pics, don't mind people on this post...

 

Actually this is a rather interesting thread.. not to threadjack, but I'd like to see a GSR with blacked out doorhandles and wingless.

 

The US RS is not that much lighter . The JDM one is another thing. The USDM RS is like 50 to 60 pounds lighter than are GSR s.

 

halfway there with my gsr. took wing off and got the ralliart flat black mirrors. all i need now are RS door handles. anybody want to trade?

 

Seriously think for a second about what you're asking to see. Answer: a wingless GSR.

 

omg I have not laughed this hard in a long time. look at a GSR kid. why would a RS with matching trim look different than a GSR stock.

 

really only 50lbs!? man i was thinking that without all the power stuff ,hid's,radios, sunroof and spoiler the difference would be a bit more substantial then that...is it true its only 50lbs?

YEs, since they come standard with A/C now it;s not a huge difference. Even when they debuted, it was barely over 80 lbs. I think. And to Mr. Bimmer, don't have a hissy fit and realize an RS with colored handles is a friggin' GSR without a wing.

 

50 pounds is a lot... nad its just a start... its ezer to take crap out in a gsr or to put a gt wing on your car if you had a rs... and whats the point of putting a stock sound system in.. get something cooler... and for your mirrors .. ralliart =)
