well the greddy sounds sportier in my opinion and has a nice tone, sounds "powerful" heh.

It's j/too loud though. I'm running stock downpipe and stock cat, once I remove them, and replace w/a bigger downpipe and test pipe, it's only gonna get louder

hks, cause you wont have to deal with the volume too much. id take it to a shop and at least try to get it to sit right. once that hks sits right and sits flush with the bumper, it'll look SICK as hell. so good luck!

You don't deal with as much volume with the HKS because it necks WAY down in the canister. More noise generally means less restriction. Are we trying to make power first or look/sound good first?

the HKS also has a resonator which helps keeps the volume down.

Between exhausts, im' not really caring whether I lose or gain a few horses, since both do make good power over stock. But, I j/wanna make sure it looks good w/the bumper.

i think the greddy looks better, but i kno wit a simple mod to the hks it will look just as good, sooo it depends on if you want something loud or something really loud b/c the hks with a dp and tp isnt the quietest thing either

that's true, but i've had the hks with a dp and tp before, it's totally bearable.

the Greddy tends to drone a bit..

I second that.. I have HKS hi power with bushur 3 dp and TP. it's loud but I love the way it sounded WOT ..
I don't think a resonator would help that much once you have the DP and TP.
so my Vote would be the Greedy.
but looking back I prob should picked up the Greddy or HKS spec R

if you dont like how the Greddy sounds then just stick with the HKS and modify it. I had the Greddy Ti before and it was just way too loud.

ive tried 3 exhaust for the 9. Apex, Espelir and HKS. Espelir is loud as hell, even with the cat on. Apex and HKS are just right. And also the most important thing for me is how the exhaust angles. Ive seen alot of exhaust, but the HKS is one of the best angle position for an exhaust. IMO

thats my opinion too.

Lol i think one thing thats making me want to keep the Greddy, is only because its so hard to find the non-rolled tip versions, and I got lucky by finding one.
