Its a legitimate assumption man, nobody is glorifying the evo. Once I heard how awsome of a car the M12 is, I was no longer skeptical of the video.

^ seems like a lot of people believe it
Onelapofamerica should have shown everyone how awesome a Noble is. The stock Noble in Onelapofamerica routinely had better lap times than AMS's EVO in the dry. AMS's EVO is far more advanced than a FQ400 with HK$ parts on it.
AMS did great though and once the weather turned nasty the AWD cars shined!!

taking that post out of the equation, you have "needs a better driver" and "suspension". Meanwhile, take a look at my post with some relevant quotes from this thread:
-If you look into those Nobels they are by far and wide the best car you can buy.
-the Noble is basically built for the track. It's no shame "losing" to a car like that!
-Noble's are almost untouchable. One from Richmond runs Summit with the Ferrari club and betters all but the FOW's challenge prepped cars.
-Add in a Noble that tips the scales at about 300 pounds less weight than the Evo and what did you think would happen?
-I'll take a Noble over my Evo anyday.
-But the noble is no joke and would definitely hand the evo its A$$ on most courses.
-An M400 has a much lower center of gravity, much better weight distribution and makes 425hp with a curb weight of 2340lbs. Both cars have R compound tires stock. The evo weighs about a 1000lbs more making a smidge less hp. Of course the M400 killed it.
-Both cars are awesome
9X% of Evo owners are realists, who understand there are faster cars out there (especially on a track). I hate to say it, but I'm sicker of people trying to lump "u" Evo owners into some supposedly huge "Evo > All" group than I am of the VERY few actual truly "Evo > All" people out there.

Amen! This other guy is grouping us all into an "Evo > all" group when we dont deserve to be there.
