350z, SRT-4, and My evo at the keys.
Personally, I think that SRT-4 is badass. VERY clean and very well done. Exactly how I'd have done mine, in fact. As for the FMIC, you don't know what's under the hood. I've seen plenty of SRT-4's with gigantic FMIC's...and their dyno plots. Nothing to laugh at.
i dont think anyone was saying that they cant make power. I know plenty of srts that make more then plenty power (even more so for fwd). Either way people were commenting on the looks of the stock bumper being cut out and the front mount stands out. Personally i said it looks like it needs something else with for the front. It just looks plain imo.

If that SRT-4 owner anodized the FMIC black it would probably be one of the cleanest ones I've seen.
Here's a pic of of an SRT-4 that demonstrates how a crossless front bumper with a black FMIC along with smoked headlights and a CF lip can make the front end of the SRT-4 so much more aesthetically pleasing.(I p-shopped the FMIC black and added in the Advan RGII's) Minus the tacky eyelids/side skirts, it is probably the best looking SRT-4 out there in my opinion.

I would recommend 3 other mods for your friend's SRT-4:
1.) AVS Downdraft lip spoiler

2.) Maxx Fab side-exit exhaust. (have the dual-tip exhaust openings filled by a body shop, so unique and worth the $$ IMO)

3.) Yellow fogs
Anyways sorry man didn't mean to hijack your thread and turn it into SRT-4 discussion, just wanted to refute the comments directed toward your friend's SRT-4. The pics came out great by the way, excellent photography skills! and I love your evo man, looks so good wingless with that lip spoiler.

Glad u told someone that is into the stock form look, how less is more. Good job sir

Seriously..it's ALL a matter of opinion. 'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder' and so on. There's no point in getting worked up over it.
Yes, I know he 'schooled' you, but let it roll off.For me, I think it's perfect as is. The only thing I MIGHT add would be the 'eyebrows'. Gives it a meaner look. <3
