I would make the font larger and blocky. It does look painted on.

And you will be noticed, for better and worse. Cops mainly - its like saying, "hey, come pull me over and give me hell today". Even if you are not breaking any laws, you might have to talk to cops more often. Or people just asking what is that on your car - which Im guessing you wouldnt mind, then you could plug for the club.

I would take off the bumper sticker. How many people in the general population will know what you are talking about? Many may think you are talking about some socioeconomically disadvantaged girly man and what his favorite hobby is.
