the '03-'04's don't have a rev limiter unless you know the right tuner who can access that ROM in the ECU to "activate" it...

The best evo exhaust flame was in that video where i think it was StevEVO8 (correction) is having his car dyno'ed and the flame comes out and looks like it almost engulfs him. The look on his face was priceless!
