Well I attended the Jestr tuning session down in Miami on May 20th at Fynetune, who I highly recommend to everyone for tuning purposes

Anyways, I decided to take some pictures of the event, plus my cam install/dyno tune. As in my previous photoshoots I had the stock headlights, since then i've dropped the car on Tein Stechs, painted the headlights and the center emblem on the bumper. I just decided to post these up but I will be doing a real photoshoot in the upcomming week so check back for that. Enjoy

So how does your car idle with the 280's in it after the tune? Congrats on the new numbers.

 

Throw some alky injection in there and be at 360-380 AWHP and gain a ton of tq also

The car idles pretty nice, it's tuned for the stock ECU aswell. I've cranked the AC onto 4 during idle and it hasn't stalled yet, in the beginning it was but I solved some issues with vac lines and whatnot.

 

As for alky, I pay enough for gas now I don't think I need to pay for alky aswell

I'll probally try to stay boost only for a bit, next big mod path is going to be a turbo + supporting mods so i'll do everything then.

Place there seems like a very established shop! Def need some dyno time but dont know if i should goto champion or fynetune!

 

Well if you've got any questions feel free to contact me on AIM or PM. As for where to go shop wise, Champion i've heard is rather expensive, but I know the guy who's father owns the place. If your close to Fynetune you should def. check it out, I believe its 90 for 3 pulls and their great guys to deal with.

I'd love to buy/own my own dyno so that I can do unlimited dyno tuning runs, and hook up my buddies as well...

 

Interesting... Champion is really close to me so and Billet says he uses that dyno probably go that route.

When are you down in south florida?

 

You goto Billet? I recommend him for ALL installs and everything, they did my clutch and i've know Marco for a few years. If he can hook you up with Champion, go for it. Fynetune might be a drive, it was 60 miles away for me so Champion is alot closer and ideal.
