I do alot of Turbo, intercooler, intercooler pipes, and other random stuff for local people, kinda a side job/hobby....

As far as prep work, I use an aray of sand paper grits and roloc discs, and other scotch brite type pads/wheels etc.

For the polishing I have a big 1 hp buffer with several different size/shape wheels. As for the polishing compounds I use - black emery cake (abrasive), Tripoli Brown Rouge, White Rouge, Red Rouge all used in that order but alot of times i can just go from sanding straight to White Rouge.

Another cheaper way is to use sand paper sheets and sand smooth to anything above 400 grit ( the finer you sand the better it will look) then use Mothers billet Aluminum polish and apply by hand with a cotton cloth then wipe clean. here is an example...

I have the first version so it fits over the stock lip. THe fitment is decent. Nothing a few well placed screws didn't take care of.

Thanks for the compliments.

get version 2. I helped corey put his V.1 lip on and Have a V.1 lip myself and well it doesnt fit to great. I have a bunch of screws going through my stock bumper into the lip to get it to look right. I have also put on a V.2 lip on a evo bumper and it looks great and the C/F was much better quality than what my lip is. It's an allright lip for the money but V.2 is definatly the way to go.
