I just took out the stock Evo headunit. Can anyone tell me which colored wire is for remote? So i can tap that and run it to my amplifier.

 

why dont you swap out to an aftermarket HU, you are loosing quality by keeping the factory...

 

ur after market unit should tell you. I can't remember off the top of my head if its the blue or the blue w/ white stripe. one of the is the remore lead and the other is a power antena wire. it should say on the unit or on the wire itself. u'll tap into the wire coming off the unit and go straight to the amp.
