Hey guys i was trying to debate which is the better brand to go with here. Not sure which one to go with also i have seen some pics here of both combos hood and trunk but can i get some pics here preferably in white. ALso will a CF trunk support a stock wing? THanks guys

I don't know about hoods but if I were to get a CF trunk it would be from EvoDave, his trunks or sick.

 

seibon... i have both and vis looks sorta faded

I have a VIS hood.....no fadeing, looks much better than stock wing

 

I have Seibon... it sags when up

the engine heat melted the silicone that holds the hood together...

At first i was impressed... but after two months of use... I dont think Seibon is worth the

money

i think evodave for the trunk. 100% c/f to. fits beter then stock.


as for the hood. id love to see this thread go to 8+ pages of pors and cons of vis and seibon hoods. people post your pics of what is rong or how well it is holding up. also when did you get it. maby the newer ones are beter. never know. lets see em.

 

here is pics of all the carbon goodies i sell... the lip, bumper ducts, trunk, carbon VG ....the hood is a ways out but will be same quality ...issue right now is the price of carbon fiber.

Had it for 2 1/2 + years, NOT garage kept, use Zaino exclusively........ Picture was taken after a wash only... hood has seen 100 deg+ days to -20, salt and cindered roads in the winter, covered with ginormus geese droppings, rain, hail, etc..... well worth the money..

Please let me know when you decide to make a CF hood. I will be all over your hood and trunk. I'd hate to buy a trunk w/out the hood.
