Bump for more pics of GOLD stockers. I'm planning on repainting my stockers this weekend. I've had them gunmetal and bronze and I think I'm gonna try gold but I'd love to see more pics especially on a TB Evo.

Even low-temp powdercoat won't be as safe as normal paint. Powdercoating the wheels requires a shop to "bake" them, even with low temperature, goes to about 350-400 degrees. This can change the metal makeup of the rim to a more brittle material.
Due to the cornering load that the Evo can generate, I've seen a number of rims with the center spokes "punched out" due to the metal becoming very brittle.
High temperature powdercoating of rims is flat out dangerous. I would ONLY powdercoat your wheels with a low temperature powdercoat if they are for show only.
I strongly recommend against doing it if you drive it hard, or plan to track it, AT ALL.

well the best part of doing it urself is u can always fix them real quick.
ive already curbed one and the next day took me a good half hour with a bit of sanding and a brillo pad to smooth it out. didnt take much for painting.
