I didnt paint the letters, it is polished down through the paint, very easy to use. Sequence...600grit, 800,grit, 1000grit, 1500grit, and then a nice liquid metal polish, takes about 30 minutes to complete. Bling!!!

The Mr. Gasket company makes it, its called a G-Flex radiator hose. Good stuff

Nice! That rad hose looks pretty cool. What heatshield is that? I installed a Forge heatshield I just got and it doesn't cover as much as that one.

Thats my superscout03 special, its made of pretty thick aluminum and I made it in about 30 minutes, Fits great, does not change color from the heat and it really blocks the heat, and best of all it looks great. And only cost me about 12 bucks
