Drifting isn't as easy as you think, you need a lot of sense to keep sideways.

personally not my thing. I didn't want the entire video, was there ever an evo in it?

When was the last time you and your friends came into a turn sideways at over 100 mph? Not likely.

Same as NASCAR. I don't get it about people going around in circles. To add, it seems to win in NASCAR, you have to wait if someone will get into an accident and for you pit crew to refuel as fast as they can so you can get ahead of the other guy.

Not to put down the sport, which I love, you are not really going 100mph. In actuality, the speedometer reads the speed of the rotation of the wheels but velocity wise, you are not going that fast. That's what Drifting is all about. It is the ability to control the car at a high rotational speed of the rear wheels in the turns. You enter the point at a fast rate but you control the car by the speed of the rotation of the rear wheels which the speedometer reads as rotational speed. It's kinda like doing a burn out and the speedometer reads 30-40 mph but you are still standing still until the tires grip.
