You said you hardly ever go over 80mph so in that case whats the point in getting a splitter when you can get a lip. splitter is designed to reduce drag. less than 80 I doubt it will make much of a difference. Lip > Splitter anyday

 

Just preference. I prefer the look of a splitter over a lip. Plus I like to know that it is fully functional even if I'm not racing to work every day.

Maybe some day I'll autocross or something
