"It's actually Red vinyl pinstriping tape. I got it at Kragen for like 4 or 5 bucks. It's a hell of a lot easier than painting on a stripe IMO and its and outdoor vinyl so it should it should last. I just washed it and even sprayed it directly and it holds on there nice and tight"

I like the wheel, but not on a silver S2K. On Black or Red maybe, makes me miss my S2000 seeing those pictures.

Someone posted it earlier, but I'll re-iterate, the TE offsets just aren't made for the S2K, not like how the CE28N is.

I'm assuming the tape is "straight" to begin with, no built-in curvature? Doesn't it bunch when you try to stick it around the edge of the rim?

I like them, but they need to be worked in to car more than a normal wheel because of the red stripe. I like them on the white EVO posted, and they look hot on the S14 above. They take some getting used to though, looks wise.

i think they are all ugly

and volks on hondas, lol. 10k car, 3k rims

I think spending 3k on a set of rims of an evo is a bit silly as well. 10% of the purchase price for wheels?

I'm glad I didn't order a set, not feeling them, they looked better on the display at the tokyo auto salon, than on a car.

The only reason it looks so good on the S14 is because of the offset, therefore concavity of the wheels. If the s2000 was able to fit that type of offset, they would look great regardless of color. Since they are "flat" looking (not concaved in) the color really has to match the car in order for them to look good.

Personally the red/black doesn't work for me on a silver s2000 - there are many other wheels I would rather pick than these.. But to each his own, as usual.
