I'm not sure that is a picture of evo9 mr.
As far as I know, jdm mr is equipped with vortex generator and bbs wheels like its us counterpart.
As for the front lip, I believe '07 evo se comes with it.
I'm sure they can be purchased very soon.

In japan Vortex generator fins are optional.. same as the bbs wheels and radio..

There is no such thing as a EVO IX MR outside the USDM. They are just called EVO (RS, GSR
)

 

from what i understood from that video where they tested MR's, GSR's, RS's against each other....all of them are called MR's (mitsubishi racing) but are refered to GSR 5m/t, RS 5m/5, and GSR 6m/t

 

Speaking of the options the Japanese get that we don't, check these out.
It appears as though thier MR and SE are one in the same, at least in this rendition.
Hope it will be hitting the market soon, I really want a jdm read bumper, and now it will be factory painted.

I would so buy that Evolution Wagon MR for a daily driver and leave the sedan MR in the garage for weekend fun at the track haha

And they get the double din dash pod, notice the knobs for the ac. Better styling.
