If any of you are debating whether or not to get these gauge overlays let me tell you, the quality of Trustz's product are top notch.

I purchased the white face guage overlays from him last christmas and I have not has any problems that he didn't fix for me. I had one overlay go bad and Trustz shipped me out a new one right away.

Top notch guy and high quality product.

Do you leave in the stock bulbs that light up the guage cluster or do you take them out? It looks like in the picture, the guages provided their own light and the stock bulbs were removed.

I love the look of the Trustz gauge faces. For my taste, this is much better than stock. I remember from the day I first test drove my Evo 8 having trouble reading the speedometer.

So, I am ready to buy. The one question I have is about the idiot lights. On the stock dash they are none too bright. So how well can you see them through yet another layer of plastic?

My black face gauge does NOT use stock light bulb like another vendor on ebay, my gauge lights itself, If you see my first post, the picture even don't show the lights well. it should be brighter than the pictures I post !! check out my ebay auction and read some feedback that from the people actually buy my gauge. thanks

Yes I have been to ebay and seen that your faces all have wiring and are self illuminating. Very nice. THAT IS NOT MY QUESTION.

Behind the new face is the high beam indicator, the service engine soon light, the alternator not charging light, the fog lights are on indicator..... These lights are pretty dim on the stock gauges. How bright are these indicator lights when they have to shine through yet another layer?

It would be great if you could post some pics of your dash setup when you complete the install

I have Defi BF white gauges too, and I'm curious how this dash kit matches with the Defi's.

Thanks.
