Where to buy/Find CF fuse cover engine bay

Where to buy/Find CF fuse cover engine bay

Anyone know where I can buy both of these covers for the engine bay Fuse box lids. I found the big one at Lancer shop but have been unable to find the little one like in this pic?????
Any help would be great. Thanks

Thanks guys but all those sites have just the big one I am looking for the small one also see pic #2 for an enlarged view. Maybe it is a custom job

that looks like tape to me!! See the bubble on the left front? almost electricalish tapeish.
