I actually got the lip used from a local who was parting out his car. It's an ebay replica made of fiberglass. The weave is not the same as the hood but it's a $150 mod that i think touches off the front end nicely.

I did the install on the ground with a jack and it was easy. If you have a lift even easier. There are approximately 15 phillips head screws that hold the stock lip and it was as simple as unbolt and rebolt the new one.

Between the lip and springs it is definately a lot lower. Every incline you need to take at an angle. Somewhat of a pain in the *** but like I said it was a used lip so i don't mind scraping it up. You just need to be aware that's all.

yeah I actually think the stock evo is decent in the ground clearance dept. my srt4 is way worse. you have to take an angel on everything.

Hey man thanks for those pics...definately helps. I think I am going to go with the JDM VII tails. I know a guy makes vinyls does anyone know what is name is or contact info?
