I will post more pics today. And Yes, I concur that it is basically the Ralliart Lip in ABS plastic with fo Naca Ducts on the side. Thanks guys.
PS...A cool thing on the back of the lip is that it clearly states it is the "Evo 9.5 Lower Lip". I thought that was pretty cool.

So I went to visit my dealer's parts department, and was able to obtain a printout of the front bumper parts diagram. Regarding the undertray having to be replaced, my parts guy was able to identify and confirm that the undertray on the Evo IX SE is the same as the one currently on the Evo VIII and Evo IX. The big difference, however, was the fact that the SE lip has a left and right side 'AIR DAM REINFORCEMENT' (62124L and 62124R) that must be riveted to the SE front lip. I'm sure this part is made of metal, like all the other reinforcement bars on the front bumper. I'm not certain how many rivets are needed, but I'm just speculating that the reason the front lip seems 'short' is because the two reinforcement pieces aren't in place. The two pieces cost me $62.00. Just wanted to give a heads up.

You SIR, Are awesome! Thanks BRO!!! I know that they are made out of plastic. The Driver's Side is black plastic and the Passenger Side is painted like the current lower reinforcement we have now. Thanks again.

SE Lip: 6512A149XA - Graphite Gray
SE Lip Brackets - Left: 62124L and Right: 62124R
You will need a Pop Rivet Gun and some pop rivets
Undertray is the Same
I know this is going to sound stupid but what size pop rivets should I get. I ask so many questions because I don't want to start then have to run out and be stranded. So I'm trying to have all the pieces of the puzzle together before I even start the project.
Thanks,
Jeo
