it was really my last choice. i hate the chrome, couldnt get these apart to paint and dont like the amber in the jdm ones.

tints on evo tails look whack. (blue looks like isht)

Take them apart and paint them...tints look tacky...

"take them apart"? i tried so hard... the side cracked on one so we painted them to cover it up.... nobody likes... i guess ill find a set of jdm without the amber part

Evodave can do it for cheaper than buying a JDM set. Or if you want to you can buy the JDM's and dave can take the amber out i believe. I had the tails tinted on my old 240, but the car was a really dark green/blue (called emerald blue? Look really good though changed from blue to green to purple and it was a factory color!) and the darker taillights just flowed with it better.

u did try...tinted tails look good....

...just not on evo's... let the mustangs, pontiacs and camaro's rock the tinted tails...looks good on those...looks desperate and tacky on a evo

You have to heat the lights up to get the glue to come appart....like in an oven.

i wouldn't use an oven...use a heat gun

oven for headlights.
