WW evo track day pictures
thanks guys. yeah my friend has quite the setup. he was able to take pictures of use from clear across the track. hes using a 500mm lens (thats the only thing i know about his camera setup) unfortunately photobucket kills the quality of the picture
oh and he had to take them all from behind the fence because MSR has an agreement with a photographer such that he has exclusive rights of photos within the track fence. lame, but chris did a good job considering!

no, not stock. i'm running a hotckis rear sway set to full stiff with perrin endlinks. JIC FLTA2 coil-overs lowered the car about 1 inch, with 2.5 degrees negative camber up front with the adjustable camber plates.
handling was considerably better this time out there because i put forth an effort to give it an alignment with the suspension. last time out it was awful. this time i made sure to have all the ride heights correct, camber was measured with a camber gauge, and toe was the only thing i haven't had time to adjust (but the toe plates for the alignment are in my garage waiting for me to do it).
also running exsta MX tires in 255x40R17 tire size. they are a bit wide for the rims and i can feel the softer sidewalls as a result. they do have quite a bit of slip angle going into turns. in retrospect i would have gone with 245x40R17 or get a wider rim.

^ haha, thats what they told me when i went to get my 30k mile free service done... i had a weird shifting problem that was obviously the linkage. they said they wouldn't even touch it because i have race cams, and that caused the problem.... well after driving home, turns out it was just two loose bolts holding the linkage down. but we all know it was the cams fault.
here is some in car video of the track day... me overtaking a C5 Z06 then my buddies mazda speed protege:
