If they don't say Top Secret on them then they are not Top Secret wheels. They're just regular Volk wheels. They have the same color combo tho. I don't think they are JUST stickers. The logos are on there the same way our stock 8 wheels have ENKEI on them.
Volks rim have stickers on them. They even sell replacement stickers for when it comes off. You just have to provide proof that your wheels are genuine Volks before they sell it to you.

Exactly, like they'd have some super secret sticker technology that nobody else can duplicate. I just hope the center caps are better on the Volks then they are on the Rays G-games I have on my Eclipse, I've lost about 8 of them.
