wow. how much do you know about cars in general?

turbo back will get you more gains if that's what you're asking. if you get pulled over, you'll probably be sent to the ref if they notice you don't have a cat.

Turboback extends from the o2 housing (right after the turbo hotside) on back, and catbacks just from the catalytic converter on back.

A catback is not as much piping, therefore you aren't eliminating as much restriction and hence there are not as good of gains. The turboback will cost more $$$, but will net you more gains.

AMS is a solid exhaust system. I believe it is a full 3", so there are no neck downs. I know for a fact that the HKS Carbon Ti necks down at the cat and the muffler is not even a full 3". GReddy exhausts are all full 3" (76 mm). Some are 80 mm necking down to 76 mm at the cat.

Of the three, I would avoid HKS (IMO) since it is definitely not full 3 inch piping. They may be very good lucking, but they are definitely not cheap nor do they net the most gains.

I went with the GReddy Ti, which I believe is the best catback exhaust without being ridiculously overpriced (like some rare JDM pieces). It costs more than other exhausts, but that's because it's titanium. The GReddy Evo2 is stainless, a full 3", and has a cheaper price to boot.

80mm = (3.15") It is about 76mm (3") where it bolts to the cat.

Notice my next sentence says, "Some are 80 mm necking down to 76 mm at the cat."

If there are any that are a full 80 mm, they won't bolt up to the stock cat.
