Looking for a high-end license plate frame

I want something really nice for my Electric Blue Evo. Since I expect it'll be nicer than most, I need it to be somewhat secure, preferably with covers over the hardware. I have a personalized plate that needs protecting, so maybe a clear cover too?

Weathertech has some decent-looking stuff, but I suspect that they don't use real carbon fiber or stainless steel.

It needs to be real. Titanium, carbon fiber, brushed stainless steel, electric blue, etc.

Why not go with a stupid High End Performance license plate frame. I guess that will only be funny to people who know the team AutoConcepts and their high-priced shop "High End Performance".

get a plain licence plate frame, primer it, spray it Electric blue to match the car, then use security bolts to install it.

I got the weathertech sealed gasket one in carbon fiber and love it as it keeps the plate sealed from weather. They are available on line and have an ad in every car magazine (car and driver, motor trend etc.) Here are some pics.

I'll probably go with the WeatherTech, but they no longer make the carbon fiber.

My wife thinks black, but I think black looks horrible on an Electric Blue car. I'd prefer the brushed stainless steel.

Does anyone know if that's a removable insert between the rubber and the clear cover that we could paint to match the car? In this diagram, it seems like it's one piece with the clear cover which would look bad painted.
