He wasn't charged with dui. If he was drunk or had any kind of alcohol smell to him, he would of been booked on the spot.

I would like to know how drunk you were. "drinking" doesn't mean that you were drunk.

On a scale of 1-10 how drunk did you get that night (peak) and then how drunk were you while driving (again, on a scale of 1-10).

You've been pretty honest so far, so I hope you will be with these questions. I'm just curious because it seems hard to believe that someone would actually do something that stupid.

 

dude i probably had 6 beers at the MOST... i guess thats a scale for 5 or 6? im a 158lbs guy... so no that big i guess! but when it happened i must have been around 4 on the scale of drunk! if thats how you just... i mean came out of the car fine... i wasnt like the kind of guy that couldnt walk, or else i would have gotten a DUI... the cop didnt even notice i had something to drink so i guess i wasnt wasted
