I'd Love to Hear Your Opinion, Please Help

Well, about 5 months ago, I parked my car only to come back and find another car parked into it. I took pictures, wrote his license plate number, and all the other necessary things. The insurance had to deal with the guy because he claimed he never did it. Anyway, long story short, I now have a check for $800, and I'm not sure which bumper to buy. I have a couple of choices:

Option 1: Fix my stock bumper (which is a deep scratch, but nothing too bad)

Option 2:
Get an Evo 9 bumper

Option 3: Get a Cwest bumper

Please vote or give me some input if you have the chance. Oh, and for those that are curious, there's a picture of my car with the other guy's car parked into the nose of my evo below. Obviously it was his fault.

I would stick with a stock bumper either one. I like the nine but you could save some money and get yours fixed and have money left over for something else that you want.

Funny you should say that he's a senior citizen. I immediately thought the same too when I saw the car. The person that owned the car turned out to be a really, really old guy. I've never seen him though. But, the insurance person that was dealing with my case said that the old guy was a mean, disgruntled man. So, I guess he got what he deserved.

Heh, i want a brush gaurd for when I go offroading. Just fix the oringinal bumper, and get something flor like 600 dollars that you want for the car, or even better a front lip of some sorts, to offset the front, i think the cwest looks like crap. Maybe an APR splitter?
