I think just the spokes in regular leather with red stitch? Any different combos?

lol...

until youve driven a car with a suede wheel, you can't really comment on the purposefulness of it...

almost every car from wrc to F1 has a suede covered wheel, and this includes the lmp cars i have driven.

I asked myles to cover the spokes for the hell of it basically, the clips still fit at the spoke edges, and the airbag is uncovered...

there is nothing "pimp my ride" about this... in my opinion the quality of the synthetics on the EVO wheel are quite cheap, and slick.

cheers

ill post pics of it on our 2.3 liter car.

All the Exotic cars have that kind of steering wheel M3 Audi's porsches and a few others... i think that would look sick but definetelly with the spokes exposed and nice color matched to the car stiching.... the feel for the steering wheel is unreal compared to the leather.. I LOVE IT

i didnt say they were...i was saying it has a function.

i agree, most people on here point the cars in a straight line down the strip, for those of us who are roadcourse experts, we see the difference in something such as this.

yeah but....99.99999% of evo owners WANT to be WRC or F1 drivers .

I personally think it would look better IN PICTURES with just the rim covered, but we leave that up to the end user.

Pic of STi wheel with just the rim covered:

and another:

looks outstanding. i would not cover the metal part of the steering wheel though.
how durable is the suede?
and how long could i expect it to last before having to redo it?

i think i remember the last time you came on here you wanted like $400 for the wheel... which i dont think is that bad of a price considering the material and labor but its too rich for my blood at this point...
