If it does in fact have 900whp the exhaust seems a little small. Unless it's just for street use, and then left open for racing...
Im a big fan of the wingless look, but in this case I think it would look better with the wing. Nice car.

looks to me like a regular Evo VI, rather than the Makinen Edition Evo VI. It has a Makinen front bumper, but Mak' Editions were never produced in that colour, only standard edition VI's.
(all other exterior clues are gone... ie. the TME badge on the factory bootlid, the TME white Enkei Rims, the standard TME exhaust... The only way to tell for sure (other than inspecting the firewall) would be to check for red stitching on the interior instead of blue stitching)
EDIT: in NoTiGuY's pic, you can see a standard Evo 6 seat on the LHS of the car... Nevertheless, it looks like a lovely example :-)

You're a right the only way to know whether it's an original Tommy mak is to inspect the firewall. You'll be suprice that in Malaysia some dudes actually change everything to TMe specs..
As for my TMe, I'm no longer using the stock Enkei Rims and custom 3" piping and HKS muffler. Interior wise it's still TME..
