they would over on S2Ki.com, alot of evo guys over there, but at the same time not on hondatech.com. more and more honda(civic/rsx/integra)owners are making the rest of us look bad.

as far as my mods go:

KN drop in filter
custome made 70mm headerback exhaust
vafc2 tuned(like crazy)
WORKS 6SP Grab knob
ASA AR1's 17x7-215/45R17---17x8-245/40R17

car baslined@ 197/133 on the same mustang dyno.

How the hell did you get 30whp out of a S2K with just those 3 power mods?

one of the biggest misconceptions about the s2000 is that its maxed out NA from the factory. not true. the factory intake is amazing, but the ECU is tuned very rich and so so so so conservative from the factory its laughable. opening the exhaust and leaning out the AFR unlocks alot of power alone. on a stock Ap1 you can unlock 10-15rwhp(peak) with good vafc tuning alone. even more whp in the mid-range. 70mm single exhaust is good for another 7-10rwhp. the reasons most guys never get this kinda power because they simple follow the masses....AEM cold air/aftermarket dual exhaust and call it good and they only see 5-10 at the wheels. you have to know WHAT to mod on this car and WHAT to leave alone. some things on the s2k are amazing in their stock form, some arent.

i'll shut up now.

I was wondering why every once and awhile i see an S2k with single exhaust while most people have aftermarket dual exhaust...
