It's custom made.

You know the problem we have in Malaysia with the older generation Evo is that we have to customize a lot of thing. Since most shop only brought in stuff for CT9A.

If you relocate your battery, always put it similar area as it was in the bay. Unless you strip other pieces to lose weight... there will be a notice if the battery is swapped sides in your trunk

I really like the battery setup. I don't see why it would give a unbalance feel

My car is better balance with the battery in the boot, hell, the corner that the battery sits in is lighter than the other corners, I must get the car corner weighed sometime.

If you're looking for something to fill the hole how about a Group A airbox like mine?

That a beautiful engine bay...to match a fine machine. A clean engine runs cooler, better, and makes diagnostics easier (oil leaks as example). Nice tubing running, very nice touch and style.

I second that. The handling felt better with the battery in the boot.

Man, I wish I can find something like that in Malaysia. I'm planning to customize an airbox something similar to yours but a lil smaller.

btw, nice engine bay.. Good to see another CP9A engine bay for a change.
