What part is bigger? The FMIC? It doesn't look much bigger than stock in terms of width - can still see the IC pipes instead of the core filling up the entire mouth of the bumper - could just be my eyes.

XS Power FMIC, it feels the front but does not fit very well. More of a cosmetic upgrade really.

Stock springs.

Yes the the intercooler is from Ebay. Fit great. The only thing was the bracket needed to be welded on. As far as only cosmetic....don't know about that.

Saying it is only cosmetic because there has not been any real tests to conclude this thing is any good. In fact a while back someone posted logging temperatures were the same with this IC verus the stock.
