It doesn't seem as though many evo owners put bbs wheels on their cars. I made a thread awhile ago asking for BBS LM's and I didn't receive a single response.

Most people don't like them + they cost a grip and many need spacers to fit.

dont get bbs if you live near any roads with potholes/bumps. I bent two of them in my area (Mass.) going 60-80 on the highway. I had the BBS RX.

I had the same ones....not on my Evo... and hit a pothole HARD at 65 and nothing happened.

Remember BBS wheels are forged. If you bent BBS wheels you had to hit a crater!

I had them on my GTi, hit one after winter and it bent, not too bad, then hit another last summer, bent, and tire ended up leaking air and going flat, it bent the lip between the spokes of the rim.

the ability of any wheel to deal with a pothole is as much the responsibility of the tire as it is the wheel. Last I checked, your wheels were not actually rolling on the pavement. Not to mention, no wheel is impervious to bending. I've had cheap wheels that never bent and expensive wheels that folded like paper - it's part of the game.

Further, the RX are cast, the RS-GT are forged - big difference in strength. Not all BBS wheels are forged

The RS-GT that was needed to fit the Evo is no longer produced

Couple more

last picture is the actual wheel we did on Chris' car. The pics I posted were done before Chris' car was lowered - it looked simply amazing in person - classy and aggressive all at once.
