Im a track *****. I love road courses and autoX. with that said, i am buying 19s soon to cruise around on the street with since i dont need 100% raw performance on the streets. Im keeping my stock 17s with stickies on them for the track.

Best of both worlds IMO.

Maybe those hispanics and african americans think you have ****ty taste with your 17s. personal style is all opinion.

i think 19s are fine to have....i have them but i also have a set of 18s for track. yo0u just dont want 20s or else your car will look like the one above which is totally retarded. but they have to be some real nice 19s...dont get no cheap crap. get some HREs, Volk, iForged, SSR, Work, etc. do it right if u go 19s

If you are going for looks, pick the 19s... If you are going for track days and speed or whatever stick with the 17s or 18s... Now if you can get some light weight 19s, I say ignore all of the people saying they hate 19s etc... They don't represent the opinions of the general car culture at all, maybe 10% of car enthusiasts are import racer wanna be ponks, so get what you like.

i still have stock 17s on my evo. but if i can find a nice looking 'light weight' set of 19s i'd throw them on with no second thoughts.

what an entertaining thread! im personally into 18's but have seen some, well one or two (m3this) cars that look good with 19's. as said in a previous post, if your gonna go big, do it in style.
