New paintjob
Well at first I thought it looked stupid because the car looked bone stock with a custom paint job. But now that I see what wheels you are running and can get an idea of the look you are going for I think it will look great. Those wheels make that paint job.
So what I don't understand is how come you let her leave before the cops came. After something like that there's no way I would have let that person leave until I had the cops come and look over everything. I was in an accident a few months back and I made sure I saw what the other people were reporting out to the police just in case they tried to lie. Regardless, your car looks very good

Nice paint job....looks just like mine
And have you tried pursuing the matter through your own insurance company? Show them the police report, the copy of your repair bill plus parts, and let them run with it. I'm willing to bet they will reimburse you and then go after the woman and her insurance company to get thier money back. You'll end up paying for the deductible but you can get the back from the woman's insurance company also. And NO it will not increase your rates as long as your company determines you were not at fault.
How do I know this? Similar thing happened to me. I was rear-ended and the other party's insurance company were trying to screw me by only paying for about half the repair. I took it to my company, made the claim, got the car fixed and none of it cost me a dime in the end.
