No you are wrong pwned again and that post is a Type o Kwinskii is one of my best friends and neighbor and they don't make CE28's in a 18x10.5 +15 it is a +18 Offset. they make a 18x9.5 in a +15 but not the 10.5 
I will let him know on his Type O for you
with a +15 offset

Your welcome man. I had to call him up and ask him just to make sure because I didn't think they made the 10.5" in a +15 offset he told me they are +18 and he had a typo.
Agreed man He does for sure have the most aggressive wheels and man do they look a lot sicker and meaner in person

ooh yeah that suby (white one with 18x10.5 +18 ce28's) is super sexy..hahaha that sti makes me want one over my evo...=/....damn im never happy with my evo...i guess its time for a change...again...sighs
