They are too concave to be TE37...which is why I say Grids...I don't mean to hate or anything go ahead and rock grids, but trying to pass em off as volks is poser status.

IMO who gives a damn if they're fake or not, there are so many knockoffs it really doesn't matter. We can tell the fakes for the most part but there's no need to knock the guys for it, cuz it's their car and they can do what they want. I say just hold your breath and keep the negative comments to yourself. Then again that's just my opinion so to each his own.

I get what you're saying, and I haven't commented whether or not I think they're legit Volks or not, but it really is pretty weak sauce to buy knock-offs and put Volk stickers on them. That's like putting Type R stickers on a car that isn't a Type R, or worse, a model of car that Honda never even offerred with a Type R model. So...nothing wrong with Rota's, just don't represent them as something else. Just my opinion.

+1

idk why some people that got rota wheels would try to make em look like they r volks. as if rotas were worthless, i guess some people dont know how many other evo owners wish they had rotas.
if u bought rotas rock them with pride.

These are going on my Tarmac Black IX. Just shopping around for tires and most likely going to run a 235/40 so I can have plenty of room to drop it.

235/40 is not very aggressive...atleast go 255 or there is no point in going to an aggressive wheel unless trying to copy VDUBS

Agreed. Just roll the fenders and/or add a little negative camber if you're worried about them rubbing. Definitely worth it to get that much more tread width.
