Wats d specs on your wheels? Did you need to run spacers up front? Any fender or camber mod?

Love the white grids. Nice stance, any rubbing issues? Any modification to fenders? What suspension?

Thanks! The bumper bolt is really the only trouble spot at the moment. I'm going to remove it and either relocate or zip tie the bish together. From what I've heard, once I do the fender mod up front I should be ok with rubbing the liners. Daily driving the car is fine, it's the aggressive driveways and hard corners that get the rubbing to speak up.

Car is only on Swift springs, stock struts. The springs came with the car, I've only had her for a few weeks. Coils in the near future. This is actually my first post!

just curious why you ran a spacer up front? I thought the +20 are EVO fitment and do not require a spacer... Just as a note because I ran +15 CE28ns on Swifts with similar camber settings and that was with a conservative 245/45 but no rubbing... I didn't have a JDM bumper so no issues there.

I since sold the CEs and ordered a set of 18x9.5 RE30s in +22... I wanna run a slightly wider tire, 255 or 265 maybe.. just didn't like the stretch look. Car looks good though. Wingless EVOs with aggressive wheels FTW

Thanks for the love. RE30's are gorgeous

I thought the same thing. The +20 Grids "technically" don't need one. There is about 1mm of clearance. MAYBE. Personally, I wanted not just a big rim, but a big tire to match. I hate the look of a stretched tire on a fat rim. Defeats the purpose.
I abuse my car and I wanted to make sure that my wheel/tire can handle what I dish. Star Specs run wide so I figured a 255 was a great place to start. A spacer is needed if you want to drive your car hard or care about your brakes, rims, suspension. Rims flex and shiznit happens.

With that being said, the fender mod will pull the front fender out enough to hopefully make it so I don't rub the lining. If it doesn't, then I'll go from there. 265's are my goal on stock body. Honestly, I want to fit my late buddies 275 Toyo R-comps at some point...This was a jump off. Just threw these up cuz I love my baby and want to share I'm new here

aggressive is the name of the game. if it bolts up, it ain't ****

The fender mod isn't going to change where the liners sit. What most folks do is use a heat gun and kind of push the liner in while it's soft wherever it's rubbing.
