What offset?
What tire size?
Depends how low your suspension is set?
Where are you rubbing: Front /Rear (Are your rear fenders rolled & pulled?)

With the fender mod I would think that they would fit just fine. Contact Wheeldude and see what they say

Are you rubbing sidewall? Or is it fender liner? I can't see the picture...

If you want to keep it at your current height, try putting your dampers set on the hardest to reduce roll.
Thats what i had to do

No one can see your picture since your profile is private.

I have same Rota Grids with 5mm spacer in front and 265/35/18 tires. You need to space out those fenders immediately (if you haven't) because you're probably rubbing on the outer fender and linings on turns. I'm -2.1f, -1.5r

Or, if you are herrafrush, then you have man tires on right now and need kiddy Honda tires. Try some 225's on for size.
