hmm and i was seriously considering getting one now, so you were driving how fast and it blew off?

 

I hit about 110 and it didn't blow off, it blew up. I heard a very loud bang and looked in my rear view to see the pieces scattered all over the highway.

 

I just got the lip and installed it and it fits fine. You have to drill the holes on the lip because they are too small to align correctly with the undertray. I think if you dont drill the lip and attach it to the undertray then it will not be sturdy so be sure to attch the lip to the undertray.

 

For the record. I was driving on one of the side roads to my house and out of nowhere the roads falls off onto a surface not fit for a f**king jeep.

Lip was literally eaten. So glad I didn't pay big bucks for it.

 

Damn that sucks. I'm as careful as I can be with mine (no longer park in the parking lot at work cuz the driveway's too steep) but it's just risky business being this low with it. Form over function I guess...

Had mine over 6 months now daily driven. Was 1 of the 1st body mods i got.....fitment & price are the best i've seen. Honestly, why pay $600 for a lip ur gonna scrape up when there's an identical one for almost half that price? I luv mine!
