freakin newbies... lets make my car look old YAY.. evo 9 with evo 8 front.. its already proven that the airflow is better on the 9 front.. performance>looks for me... even tho i love the 9 front IMO

dude, the VIII pumber gets more air flow to the intercooler than the IX, the IX is blocking Parts Of the Intercooler !

 

Uh, it's called the EVOLUTION not the DE-EVOLUTION....think about it.

 

I don't understand why people upgrade their viii's to ix fronts anyway. the 8 is so much more agressive! the 9(front)is a de-evolution if you asked me. "Let's take a super cool agressive looking front end(on an viii), throw some holes in it and make it look like a warmed over psuedo aftermarket bumper"(a IX) .

I do like the JDM IX rear...now that is super agressive!!!!!!!

there are alot of evo's with an identity crisis out there, but this is one I approve of

 

keep it looking like a ix

 

All I can say is that the IX bumber looks like a crosseyed person designed it, they couldn't even make the intercooler line up with the lines of the bumper , VIII FTW!
