Volk Time Attacks Installed
Thanks alot guys, i know the lugs fade, my brother had blue ones on his STi, i will get black next time anyway. I got a little done to the interior, nothing fancy yet, just a custom mounted turbosmart e-boost 2 and flip out navigation. but this summer there will be quite abit of custom work done to the interior. I will take pictures of the interior tomorrow. thanks to all the non-haters!
I agree. Excessive lowering looks like gangster butt and makes the car handle like total crap unless you know what you are doing. I've ridden in several Hotchkis springs cars on stock shocks and they were all
This car is AWD and excels in dirt and snow. If I had really nice coilovers, I would try to keep as much suspension travel as possible.
Volks looks great BTW, ignore the "dumpit brigade".

just wanting to understand cause most say dump it and even though im not into fully having it gansta i still want my ride lower.
Its people that just put springs on stock shocks that are total nimrods in my book. They make the car ride substantially worse, handle worse (OEM Evo shocks are not designed to handle the lower ride height and don't get to use their full range of motion), and the stock shocks will wear out 10 times faster. So why do something to your car that makes it handle worse?
Oh yeah, to look mad gangster.

I'd use the ride height suggested by the manufacturer/suspension shop that sold them to you as a good starting point and not go any lower without checking.
For a 100% track car, things change from what I posted above. For a car that sees most of its use on the street, its a great way to destroy drivability IMO.
