hey guys i've been searching to see pics of RR evo's with carbon fiber trunk lids with or with out CF trunk lip. but i haven't really found what i'm looking for. i've been thinking about buying one for my car for everyday driving and leave my APR CF wing and stock trunk for autocross/road race whenever i start doing it. so if anyone has a link or pics you can share please do. i appreciate it.

 

I have since remounted the oem spoiler but don't have any rear pics

Just FYI with mine had to remove the springs that hold it up....was to much pressure on cf lid made it bow....so if you dont mind holding it up on your own ....it looks awesome...Love mine....

Not really springs the bars that allow the trunk to stay up on its own...I had to remove these so Trunk lid would sit flush...utherwise bowed up and could almost see in the trunk...took those off and fit perfect and looks good.....just the trunk will not stay up on its own...not big deal i am not in much anyway....just fill the methonal container every once and while....

 

oh ok what brand CF trunk are you using?

 

I have a VIS.....I also reinstalled the wing back on it and purchased Evo Rear trunk badge came out awesome will post pick later when I get Home......The hood is seibon both companies are very good...

what carbon trunk is that look and fits nice from the picture also what size tire are u running

 

Kewl.........did you have to drill holes for the stock spoiler and alos did you have to install some form of bracket or brace inside the trunk for the spoiler?
