Are you talking about the holes in my bumper above the oval "fog light" lookin hole? Thats where the bumper is bolted to the frame of the car. It also gets covered by the colored oval tabs. I am waiting for my intercooler so that is why you see the bumper not completely on the car.

 

why is one side open and the other side have a little hole? you cant install them without removing the mesh?

 

more CF must not order.....
