the 9 doesnt have that middle piece-and with a do luck lip and maybe some air ducts i think it will look even nicer than the 9 bumper

 

I've always thought that the pyramid looked like crap and should have never been on there in the first place. The only thing: if you're gonna do it, be sure to add a lip spoiler, as it gives the car a more 'grounded' look!!!

cut it but put the mitsu badge back on. it looks unfinished and cheap without it.

for example:

like i said either way it looks good, but if you do plan on doing it get another 8 bumper so you dont have to cut your stock.
