J-OnDemand goes to Varis
Actually, to clarify a bit further:
Bulletproof was offered exclusivity by Varis a few years ago. That agreement was done long before Kami Speed and J-Ondemand were selling Varis. The agreement was done between Mr. Miyagi, an in house representative of Varis who handled all of their overseas business and Ben Schaffer, the owner of Bulletproof. For quite some time Mr. Yahagi followed along and allowed the usage of Varis USA for development of an official dealer network and consistent pricing structure, which Bulletproof managed. Ultimately the agreement was between Mr. Miyagi and Ben, since at the time Mr. Miyagi was in charge of all overseas operations of Varis.
A couple of years later, Varis Japan rejected that deal and perhaps a coincidence, Mr. Miyagi's employment at Varis ended. At this point in time, Kami Speed was introduced as a dealer and Bulletproof continued on as a Varis distributor, although less enthusiastically since loyalty was broken. That is the history of Bulletproof and Varis. Thanks for your input though.

That may or may not be true. Only way to find out is to contact Varis themselves. Theyre email is opinion@varis.co.jp. Whatever happened in the past is the past, Only J-ondemand and Kamispeed will be carrying Varis in the US period. We are the only dealer in the US with a written contract, signed by both to be a authorized dealer. =)
