there was a person on evo_m that fabricates or knows of someone who can fabricate a crash beam that will fit the jdm bumpers. don't remember the name of the thread, but i'm sure you can do a search and find it.

the crash beam looks like a roll/crash bar for trucks. i think the person is located in seattle?

anyways, not sure how strong that fabbed bar is...but its a piece of mind for those concerned with the 5mph crash deal.
