I would guess they would take the stereo and think the other stuff is worthless.

I don't really see anything that's 'wrong' with your interior setup. To each their own. Everything you have there is within eyeshot and I agree, it all has a purpose. If you really want to get sexual, you can start custom molding things to suit your aesthetic wants and needs. Anything can be done with the right amount of work/money. But what do I know? I just installed a homelink garage door opener into my headliner. LoL.

Well luckily this isn't my daily driver. I am a bit worried leaving the car "out". But since the only place I really drive it is at auto-x and track days I don't have much to worry about as it sits in the garage.

That suck someone screwed with your car. I had car broken on campus in college it was crappy.

I am thinking about just taking the stereo out, that should free me up a lot of space.

Maybe get one of these gauge consoles:

Any they any other gauge consoles like the one above but more customizable?

I'd recommend getting one of these for spare gauges and the Defi control unit.

I cant believe this has gotten to 5 pages. But as most ppl seem to be telling you that the more stuff you have in plain sight, means the more that theives can see. The evo is already a eye catcher to low life thieves anyways. Good luck on cleaning it up a bit, and once/if you do post up pics to show how you resolved your issues with the clutter.
