Yeah, you are right. I should've paid more for a great wideband, but with features that I don't need and then mounted it and drapped wires across my cockpit like you did. I guess you don't care to know where your car is idling or when you need gas. Also, this isn't a debate about which one is better, just what you guys thought of where I put it.

I think its looks good, thats what I'm planning to do to wiht my XD-16.

Some of you guys are real idiots. Hes trying to show a cool inovative way to put in his wideband and not just double sided taping a screen on your steering collum or having a god awful looking thing on your dash or hanging of your window.

Thanks man, if you have any questions PM and I may be able to help a little.

Only thing about the XD-16 is those buttons won't be accessible behind the plastic

I agree, I just didn't feel comfortable taking apart the gauge. Not the most electrically inclined person out there.

Interesting. I don't know why trinydex has my tutorial listed under his thread.
I think my thread was good enough.

Good luck with yours. If your gauge setup is anything like mine, an AEM gauge will likely not fit there. It's very deep. I have an AEM wideband in my other car. You will end up hacking up the breadboard behind the plastic.

I'm sure you can find a way to fit it. Good luck.

Here is my setup. I have done this for a few people on this forum.

Edit:

I didn't realize you finished already. Let's see the results!
