Looking for some opinions. Which one of the two looks better and best represents the EVO.

A) Red and White Rally look. White trims and white wheels. Something reminiscant of Tommi Mäkinen.


B) Red and Black street / track look. Black or Charcoal wheels, black accent decals etc. Reminiscent of the Tokyo Drift look. (minus all the stickers)


Thoughts and opinions welcome.

i think red and white definitely represents it better, but red and black is an awesome combination as well.

 

red and white looks weird for daily drive imo. just like those stickers on daily driven evos and they dont look bad on rally cars...but thats just me.

 

honestly.. either one would be good.

the first one will look rice to others, but who cares, its your car

 

as much as i want to say white, i cant even imagine having to clean the wheels. you would have to wash them after driving down the street otherwise they will look terrible. i have trouble keeping silver wheels clean enough

well. I have a red lancer with red/black/cf theme going. Just to give you an idea mabey.

I say red/white, Everybody does the Red/Black combo, Red/white would be a nice change and would look good, Just like someone said before, Might be hard to keep clean though.

I have to admit - I do like the red and white combo. There's something to be said for the classic rally car look. I'm leaning in this direction even though I know how hard the wheels will be to keep clean.



I don't think it looks ricey at all - it's totally rally! This is the look of the Evolution Tommi Makinen drove to win the world rally championship four consecutive years. It's like a piece of history.

On the other hand, it may be a bit too -- flashy or almost gaudy. ya know? For a daily driver. Plus, I wonder how much negative attention this would bring?

Does look cool though.

 

yeah. I think it will look good. Especially if you do the whole white OZ wheels and everything.
